It was very easy. I applied online and scheduled an interview time. I then walked in and waited for ~15 minutes for the interview to start. The interview was only three questions, and the whole process only took about 15 minutes.

The interview was straightforward, starting with a brief introduction, followed by questions about my experience and skills. I discussed past projects, answered situational questions, and it ended with them explaining the next steps.
