The interview process went great and had no problems with the hiring manager or anyone at the customer service desk. Would recommend again if I could in the future. I loved working at lowes

Typical process phone interview then meeting and doing paperwork background test, mouth swab drug test and waiting on results got started fairly soon after test results about 3-5 days after interview.

Very basic questions previous work experience, why I'd be a good fit, when's a time I went above and beyond for a customer which is a question I hate, generic questions like that simple and to the point.
