If you are over 50, don't expect a full interview even if you are fully qualified and have experience in the field. Waited 45 minutes to see HR person who then left the office for a further 10 minutes to consult with the manager before even speaking with me... interview lasted roughly 10 minutes with only cursory questions asked.

Apply online is the best way. They will do a call to ask some screening questions. Then you go in person for an interview then a drug test if you are hired.

I was hired during the spring. I knew it would busy but they didnt tell me i would be staying till 3am loading bags of soil and rock. Ive had a hard 14 months with covid so i needed something. I am not impressed with management. the company is under staffed. There is opportuinity to grow but I wish they would have been more up front about the demand.

It was pretty normal. Expect to answer questions with examples of how you solved a problem or delt with safety etc. They are mainly looking for if you are a good team player and if you would fit well with the company values.
