It consisted of 3 rounds
1. HR Phone Interview
2. Hiring Manager 30 minute interview
3. 4 Part interview with other members of the team (1 hour each, total 4 hours)
The interviewers were all very friendly, and very thorough. None of them made me excited to work for Lowe's, though. The biggest pitfall in this process was the waiting period between each interview. After my final round, I waited over 15 days to hear back from the HR team at Lowe's.

I was asked how I would propose increasing traffic on Instagram's "story" feature.
The process started with a phone call with recruiter, then a zoom meeting with hiring manager and then 1 interview on teams meeting with another person. Very standard questions that were behavioral and experience based.
