I applied online, took aptitude tests online, the HR called to schedule an interview, I interviewed with the HR and the store manager. They took turns asking me standard situational questions set up by corporate headquarters. Took about 15 minutes. They thanked me for coming in and said they would let me know something in the next few days. The store manager called me and made me an offer and I accepted.

The process begins with the job being posted they then have to have 3 qualified applicants to begin interviewing, once complete they choose the highest scoring candidate. Once/if chosen you then continue with drug screening background checks. If not chosen you will get a noreply email. The interview is a panel interview and very straightforward. Dress professional.
