Interview with ASM. Received offer via email several days later. Accepted offer. Took drug test. Then got several emails from corporate people asking me to please accept the offer and complete background check. I thought i had already done this. Called the girl at Lowe’s (ASA) was confused but said she was waiting on my background check. She had no idea what she was doing. Then i get an email asking me to start my background check. What? I thought it was done. Waited another week, then get an email that I had not been selected. What? I know that my drug and background checks/tests were clean. Overall a horrible experience. No one had a clue what was going on and I was treated badly.

Very Nice and to the point. I got asked about my last job and a couple of questions about myself. Then i was asked what department i thought i would be best in and i was hired it was over in about 10 min

HR calls you in for a standard interview, they ask for an oral mouth swab to screen for drugs on site. After that it takes about two weeks to get a call back saying you're hired.
