After going in for the interview, they asked me how I normally treat customers, and seemed to amaze the interviewer as it was exactly what he wanted to hear.

I was interviewed by the overhead manager of the department I would be working in. The interview was standard and professional. The interview seemed more to gauge your personality, work ethic, and ability to handle situations rather than your experience. One week after the interview I received a phone call with an offer.
