Phone screen, specifically asked if overtime would be a problem. Asked to take Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access tests. First face to face interview met with a matrix of people who had me take yet another Microsoft Access test on the spot. Next group of people included hiring manager. Questions were pre-set and read back and forth between two people, mostly scenario questions. Second round of interviews met with hiring manager and two directors for half hour, then the hiring managers supervisor, then the VP.

Recruiter did a short screening, then the hiring manager met with me for 30 minutes in an informal meeting. Next I met with the hiring manager's manager (also 30 minutes), who required the STAR method.
