Standard corp practice. Online application - interview with HR at store, Interview with Store Manager - background check and drug testing. All questions were standardized for all 9 available seasonal positions. Questions were scenario based and some knowledge based. Lowes is very customer service oriented. I was hired before second interview, but had to go through all proceedures due to corp. practices and requirements.

I was lead into the staff area and given a basic interview. The interview was easy with mostly questions about how I would react to certain situations. An example was “how would I react to a customer trying to steal?”
