I was called three weeks after I applied and had an interview the next day. First with the hr who asked seven questions about in this situation what did you do and another situation. Then a manager basically asked the same questions. They said I'd get a call in ten days but after only two I got an email stating that I was no longer being considered.

Everything was online and I had to schedule an appointment for an interview, then a 10 minute conversation in store about why I want to work there and what hours I want. I was hired on the spot
