3 interviews with different levels of management, lots of "how have you handled this" questions. They looked at hobbies as well as work experience to find a good fit. They were honest in presenting the down side of the position.

Manager was easy to talk to. Store was clean. Effective interview but my broken hand took a toll on my hiring. Was taken in a timely manner. Had my questions asked honestly even if I got no offer.

It was an in-person interview where I met with one of the store managers. It was for a summer job so the questions were not very demanding, simply testing for if someone had work intelligence and could be reliable and quick on their feet.

Super easy like if you are breathtaking, have independent thoughts and thoughts willing to work they will give you a job. Interview process is super super easy. Interview is super laid back and very easy.
