Was interviewed by phone by HR. Asked if I had been in store before, and what my experience in millwork related work was. Was then scheduled for an interview with Supervisor for that side of the store. General questions about attitude and how you treat customers, as well as ability to work in a customer first enviroment.

If I would or had ever gotten angry with a customer before or if a customer taking their anger or frustration out on me bothered me. How I would react to an angry customer.

Rather easy interview process. There were only a handful of questions that were pretty standard for a retail position. When the interview was scheduled, I was told it was one person, but ended up being another person conducting the interview, which wasn't a big deal, but when you go in to the place it's nice to ask for the correct person.

It was Easy and I was able to get the job done. It was a good experience and I had a great time. Questions asked were about my experience with home improvement.

Pretty easy interview. Basic questions about work history. What experience you have pertaining to the role. A few scenario questions about customer interaction and teamwork. Pretty much show confidence you can handle the job.
