I applied online, and was called in the next day for an interview. The interview was a one on one interview. Prior to meeting with the hiring manager i filled out a paper application and was told i was to take a quiz. I took a grammar quiz on a computer and once the employee who greeted me at the door verified i passed i met with the hiring manager. I was then interviewed and was called the next day with a job offer. I accepted the job and have been very happy with the job and work environment.
