I was contacted a day after applying. They had asked to see more samples of my work which I provided. The following day I received a phone call asking when I'd like to schedule a Skype interview. The next morning at 10:30am, they called me via Skype and the interview lasted for about a half hour. It was a calm easy going interview, it seemed like they really wanted to get to know me personally as well as professionally. There was more talk about my personal life than I had expected, but nothing taboo. I gave them a brief history about myself and how I came to be where I am. Then answered their questions relating to my creative process. Two weeks later I received phone call from the interviewer letting me know they decided to move forward with another candidate. Even though I wasn't hired, it was a positive experience.
