My resume was shortlisted by the team without initial phone screen (apparently my profile matched their requirement) and was moved forward for an interview with one of the QA managers. Interview was super easy (just a few basic questions and one coding question, was asked to write test cases to test the code). Did not receive any communication from the HR post interview. Tried to follow up after a week but no response from them. I feel its a standard procedure to inform the candidate if he has been selected or not rather than ghosting them. Overall a very poor experience
