Zuerst erfolgte ein Auswahlgespräch mit einer sehr freundlichen HR Mitarbeiterin und einige Tage später ein online Meeting mit dem Teamleiter und ein paar Teamkollegen. Es wurden hauptsächlich die allgemeinen Standard-Bewerbungsfragen gestellt. Nach der Zusage folgte noch ein Gespräch mit HR bezüglich des Gehaltes.

I was called by HR for a brief sceening call, where I had to give a brief explanation of my CV and was asked questions about relocation and salary. A couple days later I received an invitation to an online interview with members of the team.

In the screening call they wanted to know why I want to work at Lonza, if I am willing to relocate, brief explanation of my CV and my skills and my expected salary.

First interview of the process: 15 minutes phone call with Human Resources talent recruiter. Very professional, well prepared, they give you a lot of info before you even ask (e.g. the Interview process further stages, when you will be able to know more about the salary, etc.). They ask the very basic things they need to know about you (present yourself, why this position, can you relocate, etc.).
