Red flags all over the interview process. They asked for my available times but keep scheduling interviews outside that time anyway. Good thing on the first round I was able to skirt my schedule and attend it. But then... when the first interview was about to start, the recruiter cancelled it ON THE SPOT due to unavailability of the hiring manager. The process is also incredibly slow, as they take 1-2 weeks to reply. By the second interview I already had multiple offers from other companies that I applied later during the process. Thus I didn't care when they ghosted me afterwards. I understand your recruiters are overworked, but I hope you fix your hiring process if you want to attract good employees.
