Months after submitting a resume I was contacted by an internal recruiter who arranged interviews with multiple interviewers (via Zoom due to Covid). At least two cancelled the day of the interview, leaving at least four remaining.

Only one (with a more technical background) asked me about my technical experience - others were far more general and not focused on technical expertise.

Interview process is well structured and organized. You have the chance to speak to several people and with that you get great information about the position and the team! Depending on to whom you speak it can be very challenging
