Check in at security building. Interviewer will come get you from there and walk you to a conference room in one of the buildings. I was interviewed by three employees at the plant. They ask you to tell them about yourself, explain experiences, and give you a chance to ask your own questions. It was pretty simple due to the scope of the position.
