A farce, they have a internal recruiter arrange the interview, with the hiring manager.
Three person interview which each person returning individual to ask the same questions again for what turned out to effectively be and administration role. The job was pointless and interview process overkill. HR robot called comes in at the end, how she made it in to HR I will never know. She never responded to my requests for salary information so went to the interview blind and a month later I'm still waiting for feedback from the "recruiter".

Wasn't so much so a question, but the HR dragon, was more intent on letting me know how Lonza operate and how they do not give feedback to unsuccessful candidates and how i was not to chase them asking for a response.
