A sales agent contacts you over the phone, which they call a recruiter. They use take away methods to act as if you may get hired or you may not, but you will. They convince you the job is incredible and will change your life but this is all a sales tactic. Refer to reviews on several websites and take the lower ratings seriously. After you talk to the sales agent and become personable with them, they will then send you documents you will fill out for employment as well as a background check form. Then someone from the plant will contact you about the job and ask you questions about your experience, everything will get you hired even if you answer everything with "i love to stand and be overworked and lied to" because thats exactly what theyre looking for. After all of this, the recruiter will let you know when to be at the job site and they will set up housing for you. All of this is really just a screening process, all the way until the day you get to the job site and do the drug test and the medical examination in which they only write down what they cant use against you later by saying you didnt express these things during the interview even if you did. Its all a screening process, lots of documentation to use against you later. If you still want to work here, dont stress it, youll get it. They need all the help they can get, in so many ways.
