Entretien
Short initial interview as part of a career fair, followed by an on site interview with two other estimators. The initial interview was with the sales manager and I was only asked if I had any questions for him. He based his decision on follow up interviews on my resume. The on site interview was with a commercial and an industrial estimator to see if I was a good fit for the company.
