Wanting to enter the financial world as a Master of Chemistry student is something I knew I always wanted to do, but I never realised both how daunting and difficult the whole application process would be. London Wall Partners, however, were a breath of fresh air when it came to the recruitment process. In every aspect, I was treated with the upmost level of respect, integrity and transparency, something that is rare in this industry, and came out of every step of the process feeling motivated as an individual. I was given the opportunity to speak to a huge range of the employees at the firm throughout the process, and was treated with the same friendliness by not only Nick and Ruth, but by all I spoke to. Unlike other firms, LWP did not base their decisions solely on my technical knowledge or ability to memorise google documents about the industry, but really focused on understanding me as an individual, and whether I would be a good fit for the role and vice versa. I can say with all honesty, I thoroughly enjoyed the way LWP conducted their application process and wish them all the best for the future.
