The interview was nice and easy, the recruiter told a lot about the company and asked about my experience as well. Their reaction to my answers was very positive, and overall the interview was going really well. The recruiter then proceeded to inform about the hiring process: that there will be 3 more stages - the interview with the manager of the hiring manager, case study and the interview with the hiring manager. I confirmed that that sounds good to me and the recruiter said they will get back to me soon. Then after 2 weeks of silence, they send the generic response such as ''we have chosen to pursue other candidates that more closely match the requirements'' which does not really mean anything (the position is still open) and does not provide any actual feedback.
