Thanks for taking the time to write a review. I can appreciate it sounds like you had a frustrating experience. Although I am not in the IT side of the business I can appreciate the challenge. LR is going thru a massive expansion which has taken a lot of current staff and resources and stretched the bandwidth.
As part of the process, each department in re configuring its structure to better respond to our needs.
We have hired more resources in the HR to help manage this part of the process to avoid such feedback moving forward.
LoginRaduis had been growing since it's inception and have recently completed a Series A to help with our global reach and growth; and to compete with the industry giants that are acquiring our competitors as well.
We are backed by one of the largest innovators- Microsoft.
So unfortunately part of your feedback, although appreciated; is an inaccurate narrative.
I would be happy to hear any places you feel we would be able to improve and/or share our growth story, including our new offices (2)
