The interview process is a straightforward conversation with the company VP followed by HR. They ask simple questions about your work history and why you think you would be a good fit for the company. The interview feels like more of formality since you're assessed mainly on your performance during the writing test.

It was a very casual chat. Nothing you have to prepare for in advance. A panel of 3 asked questions, I answered. The overall tone was very friendly and I was made an offer within 15 minutes.
