Applied online and than had a phone screen prior to an in-person interview. After the in-person interview, I was told that the next step was a phone call with the CEO. The entire process moved extremely slow and had to wait to hear back between steps. For this specific new role, it seemed like LogicMonitor didn't know what they needed in terms of an applicant. When I asked questions about a typical day, main responsibilities, training, etc. the response was that they were trying to figure that all out.
