Entretien
Two telephone interviews and an in-house technical.
Interview 1 - Screening:
The recruiter was extremely helpful and incredibly insightful into the company, its culture and direction. I was asked, more than once, if travel was an issue for me - LR recruitment are very keen that potential employees know travel is a large part of the PS role.
Other questions were standard HR boilerplate
Interview 2 - Managerial, with some technical aspects:
Chatted with the manager of Professional Services. Questions were posed about my CV: work history; experience; aspirations.
Some technical questions were thrown in during transitions from one topic to another, but nothing outside of the scope of my CV (so if you've lied, be prepared to be caught out!)
Interview 3 - technical:
Manager of PS and director of Labs/PS. Generic questions around my interest in IT security - where do I go for my tech news? What got me into the field? What keeps me in the field?
Some technical, open-ended questions: what OS do I use at home? Why? Do I prefer Windows or Linux? Why? What do I know about Professional Services, as a job?
Other parts were simply chatting about malware, the current security climate, and what I foresee to be the security topic of the year.
The most noteworthy part of the interview: the director wrote an arbitrary string on a whiteboard, while I was chatting with the manager; I was then asked to describe the string, with as much verbosity as possible, using a regular expression (dialect agnostic).
I was offered a job before I'd completed the 1 hour trip from the office to my home.

3 rounds of interviews. one with the recuiter one with the hiring manager and one with the team. whole process took less than a month. was very easy to negotiate and great energy all the way through.

Entretien
The interview process was structured and clear. The HR team has managed the communication throughout the whole process and ensured that the steps of the process are in the right order
It was a smooth experience.
