Phone interview with recruiter then teams interview with directors. Both were very conversational with behavioral interview questions. Very quick turnaround process and Felt very very very friendly. I enjoyed meeting who i would’ve been working with the entire summer

It was very clear in the interview process that Lockton’s internship program is professional and well organized. I was interviewed by the intern directors — a position I did not know existed before the interview.
