After I applied, I received an email for setting up time with the sales manager for a phone interview. Phone interview was pretty standard. However, the manager made it a point to say that they always inform candidates if they made next steps or not and that I would hear back either way within 3 days. Of course that never happened and I never heard from them again despite multiple follow ups.

Multiple phone and skype interviews. They will start basic and then ask you questions that seem odd. But they want to see how you process these odd questions. Need to dress up obviously for skype interviews. Just be confident in all your responses!
