First interview is a quick call with HR. Second interview is with managers in similar roles. Asked a lot of questions related to the role and your experience. Third interview I was told would be more challenging and with upper management. Not the case at all. Both managers were late and asked questions like "How do you manage your time?" I was told I would hear back in a week, and after contacting HR twice, I was told I'd hear back as soon as possible. That was weeks ago. Very unprofessional.

Great phone interview with the internal HR recruiter. Then was brought in to meet with 2 people on the team, a Manager and their Director of the team. Both employees seemed hurried and unprepared.
