Easy, applied online and talked with recruiter over the phone and then came in person for a panel interview with 3 people. I was offered a job a few days later.

Once the Recruiter had fixed me up with an interview I went over to their office twice
1) Initial Interview: classic questions about resume and background. (Not much on my person)
2) Role Play (Want to see if you can hit the ground running. )
