Within 2 days of submitting my resume and cover letter, I received an invitation to a virtual interview later that week. The hiring manager failed to attend or send any communication to my follow up emails until well after business hours. I was then told I needed to answer a list of questions that were already covered in my cover letter, and only given 16 hours to do so. After submitting these, we rescheduled a virtual interview for the following week. The hiring manager ghosted me a second time. I respectfully declined moving forward with their hiring process, as this is not the workplace culture I want to be in.
