Total waste of my time. Another tech company that doesn't value honesty nor the ability to learn. Only asked about my past experience, but didn't ask any technical questions nor test my technical ability. They likely have an internal candidate in mind for a promotion or are working to justify an H-1B.

Entretien
Initial communication was completely by email which led to two phone interviews, including one with the VP of the local site. After the phone interviews, an interview with the local manager was the final step. The phone interviews were most likely to separate the wheat from the chaff and were fairly straight forward. The physical interview was the only time any technical questions were asked.
