It's a fairly quick process. There is a phone interview with a recruiter that knows nothing about the position. If they "like" you and think that you'll "fit in" they pass you onto the manager of the department. When you get your in-person interview there are usually 3 or 4 people you will meet with. Sometimes they will all come in together, sometimes separate. One is a "culture" interview. No need to worry about this as most people have never interviewed someone, so just make sure you can relate to them. As long as you can bridge whatever experience you have in the past with what you'll be doing, you'll be fine. All software is easy to learn.
