I applied to this job after it had been reposted, so would assume that meant they hadn't found the right candidate yet. I spoke with a recruiter and then had an interview with the hiring manager which went great. The HM manager mentioned they were further along with other candidates, so I immediately reached out to the recruiter to try and get the final round of interviews booked quickly. They sent me a link to submit my availability, but the only choice I could pick was three weeks out. I submitted that but emailed saying that was quite a ways out and I would happily interview sooner. I also had to create a presentation. One week prior to my interviews and presentation, the recruiter emailed me saying the role is now filled and they cancelled my interviews. This was an incredibly disappointing way to let me know, and I feel like they wasted my time,
