Entretien
It began with an online coding challenge. After that, there were two technical phone interviews with engineers, and several phonecalls with the recruiter. There was one on-site interview with consisting of multiple one-on-ones with engineers and the VP of engineering. The engineers assigned to the interviews appeared to be done purely on an as-available basis, and none of them were from the particular team I was interviewing for.
Most of the one-on-ones were focused simply on technical questions, presenting a problem (or several problems) and working through solutions. However, the VP went quite in-depth into my background, asking not only about my job history but about the specific responsibilities at past jobs and the reasons I made the decisions I did.

straightforward when i was there. phone screen and an onsite. the on site is whiteboarding algorithms. there is also system design and behavioral sessions. they respond quickly afterward. great team.
