From the recruiter screening to the final panel round, I genuinely felt valued throughout the interview process at LiveRamp. Unlike some companies that delay updates or leave candidates waiting after the initial round, LiveRamp was very prompt and transparent with communication. I was not kept hanging, and I never felt like my time was being wasted. Everyone I interacted with was polite, professional, and considerate of the time and effort I put into the process. The interview process included a recruiter call, a hiring manager round, and then a panel interview. My advice to future candidates would be to be yourself and understand what LiveRamp values. Culture and communication skills seemed especially important. Of course, this may vary depending on the team, but for the Engagement Manager role, the conversations focused on my past experience, what I did, how I approached my work, how I managed multiple tasks, and how I handled competing deadlines. We also discussed my projects in detail. Overall, it was a very positive interview experience, and I appreciated how respectful and organized the process was.
