I applied for the Strategic Sourcer position, and the recruiting lead contacted me about a Sourcer/Recruiter role. I had an initial interview, and then I was scheduled for an interview with the manager. I logged in for my Zoom call, and the interviewer was late; she was also taking the interview from her bed, in her bedroom. The interview appeared to go well, but after a week, I did not hear back from anyone, so I contacted the recruiter and coordinator with no response. I patiently waited another week and emailed again asking for feedback, but I still have not received any response. A month later, and not even a boilerplate decline email - I was ghosted entirely by this company. This was so unprofessional, it takes 30 seconds to reply to an email.
