The interview planning process went smoothly as the recruiter was the middleman. When I arrived, the reception wasn't really friendly and the person I was being interviewed by was late by 15 minutes. It turned out another person was also going to be in the room but I was never forewarned. While answering the questions, the uninvited employee was looking arounf elsewhaere as if bored. I didn't get a good vibe from the culture or the employees so after the first interview, I lost interest and realised quickly I wouldn't have fitted in.

The interview consisted of 5 rounds with different stakeholders. First was with a recruiter, then with the hiring manager, then with some of the peers(fellow PMs and team leads), then with a Senior Director, and at the end it was with the VP of Product

Got ghosted after 5+ interviews. The hiring manager delegated the decision to the team. Recruiter can't even be bothered to send a rejection template after all the interview rounds, unprofessional, how do they get away with this.
