I went through four interviews and was told I wasn't selected. I applied on August 2 and contacted on August 30th. The interview process has been grueling and tiresome. I am glad to know my faith but getting feedback and just honesty was very hard. My suggestion is to let the hiring manager conduct the interview first before putting candidates through so much. My first two interviews was almost two hours each. Don't waste candidates time with so many interviews.
