Had an initial phone call with their internal recruiter, followed by a video call with one of their senior engineers and a take home coding test which was a bit too lengthy. After there was another video call with the same senior engineer to discuss the coding test and answer some technical and non-technical question, and finally a video call with their VP of product and engineering to answer some questions about leadership and how I would handle certain situations. After the final stage I received an email update saying they were sorting out some internal stuff and the final decision was yet to be made. A week later I chased it and they still didn't have an answer and blamed it on some key people being on leave. Almost a month after the final interview I still haven't received any communication from them with a final decision.
