They asked me about my motivation and experience, statistical knowledge, but also some personal attitude questions. One question I regret how I answered that was : What animal would you like to be? Other questions where about literature reviews, sampling, statistics, communication skills, particular incomfortable situations at work, mistakes I made etc..
