applied for the position and was contacted by the recruiter right away. My first interview was scheduled shortly after and it went extremely well. It took about 2 weeks to hear back and was scheduled for a second interview. It was probably one of the worst interviews I have ever had. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. From the start, the tone was condescending and dismissive. Rather than engaging in a respectful conversation, the interviewer seemed more interested in asserting authority than getting to know me or my qualifications.
What could have been a constructive exchange instead felt hostile and uncomfortable. I hope this feedback encourages more respectful and professional conduct in the future.
