I walked in and asked for the hiring manager, and was greeted by an unhappy cashier who informed me that the manager was in his bavk office. I assumed they would go and get him for me, but must have been unintentionally implied because i had to ask someone to go get him 5min later after sitting there and waiting while said cashier played on their phone. I brought a notepad and took notes. I noted all food on floor in customer view, employees leeching company time by standing, smoking, playing on phones ect., i also noted all areas of uncleanliness easily observed from my point of view. With each notation I listed a practicle managerial response that would adhere a solution and I presented the notes when asked what I had to offer the company...

Manager called me 2 days after my submitted application. The manager was friendly and reassuring on how simple the job was. We toured the restaurant and explained what the job consist of to what was expected.
