I initially found the job through a Craigslist ad. It stated that they were looking for Restaurant Managers. When I went for the interview, I quickly learned that the job was actually a shift leader position. That is NOT what I went there for, and I stated in my cover letter that I was making nearly 50k at my previous job, and that I would be willing to take a little less than that until I proved myself. They offered me $9 an hour!!!
