I never filled out and official appication. I never got an real official interview for this job either. I applied 3 months before hand, and when they finally called me for a job it was a last resort type of thing. The guy who hired me only told me why he was hiring me and told me what I needed to wear. I say I was kinda lucky for that at the time but now I lack all experience in the interview process.... it would have been helpful especially since I'm looking for a new opportunity elsewhere.
