1st step: phone interview.
2nd step: On site interview, it took 3 hr.s, interviewed by 5 managers, each interview took 30 minutes.
3rd step: On line assessment. It took more than 1 hour. Test including Character test, math test, synonym test, and so on.
4 step: Reference check from 2 current/previous boss and 3 current/previous colleagues.

Smooth, HR people guided me through the whole process, answering all the questions that came up. They were really clear about the expectations and profile of the person desired to cover the position, and of course, by the end of the interview everybody asked me about questions I might have about the company or the process per se.

Littelfuse staff was very open and kind to schedule interviews based on both parties availability. excellent follow up on next steps of the interview process. interviewers were open for questions and happy to provide answers. it was a very good experience
