J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Litera Microsystems (Chicago, IL) en août 2024
Entretien
Submitted resume via their Workday portal, received message about 2 months later. Recruiter immediately dove into how the company was in a state of disarray due to rapid acquisitions, but that things seem to be turning around. He emphasized that I'd be a great fit for the company and he wouldn't tell me these things otherwise. This lasted about 10 minutes, no questions asked except at the very end, when he asked if I had any questions for him. Recruiter schedule a second interview for following week, which he rescheduled last minute. We eventually talked again and he said he would schedule a meeting with the team lead. He told me to message him back via text next week, which I did. The next week he told me, "Make sure to ping me again next week", which again I did. I texted and emailed him every couple days for 2 weeks (always friendly, along the lines of "Hey Recruiter! I wanted to check in with how my application is going and if we could set up that second interview") before accepting that I'd been completely ghosted.

Question 1
The only question he asked: "Do you have any questions for me?"
I did two interviews and didn’t get the offer. seemed like a great place to work regardless. The interview was average difficulty. I would recommend based on my experience with them.

The interview process consisted of two technical rounds and one HR round. The first round was relatively easy, focusing on basic JavaScript questions, fundamental frontend concepts, and one short programming task. The second round was a mix of technical and managerial questions, assessing both my technical skills and my ability to handle team dynamics.
