1.First students were shortlisted based on CGPA. 2.Online coding test was conducted(easy questions on array). 3.Selected candidates were asked to prepare an introduction ppt. 4.On day of interview,First pre-placement talk about company was given. 5.Then for group discussion, two topics were given. I chose the topic "monetization through digital media creations like youtube". Around 10 people were made to sit as a group.It was a non elimination round. 6.Then 3 panels conducted interview. I was called in at 5.10 pm by one of the panel. 7.They(2 members-one technical ,one hr) greeted me into the room and asked me to sit.They introduced themselves and asked me to introduce myself with the help of introduction powerpoint I already submitted. 8.The interview held for an hour. 9.It was super interactive and I enjoyed the process.

The total selection process had 4 rounds. 1) Aptitude + coding assessment. 2) psychometric test(non elimination). 3) Group discussion( non - elimination) but you should perform well, as it gives additional advantage. Then there was a Technical + HR interview, a 1 hour process. The recruiters were so friendly. Recruiters primarily look for our adaptability, flexibility and willingness to learn new things.
